MEET THE OWNER:
Adam Raggi is the owner and operator of Raggi Real Estate. Mr. Raggi graduated from Penn State, class of 2021, where he studied real estate. He created this business at the age of 17 and now has developed his strategies over the past eight years. He learned closely from his father, Eugene Raggi, who inspired him at a young age. Mr. Raggi assists in managing his father's properties as well as his own. Mr. Raggi prides himself off of being involved in all facets of his business operations. Background Check Policy
As owner and property manager, Raggi Real Estate Management Company, performs and utilizes side vendors to perform criminal background checks and credit checks on all prospective tenants, and current tenants upon renewal of a lease term. Raggi Real Estate, and each vendor utilized by Raggi Real Estate, agrees to keep strictly confidential all information gathered in performing the background checks. Criminal background check information, and/or a copy of this Policy, will be provided upon written request by the prospective tenant, current tenant, or authorized representative. Credit check guidelines will be provided as: Raggi Real Estate reserves the right to deny the lease application of, or terminate a current lease with anyone whose credit background meets the following criteria: 650 or better from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion.
Criminal Background Check Policy
Background check guidelines will be provided as: Raggi Real Estate reserves the right to deny the lease application of, or terminate a current lease with anyone whose criminal background meets the following criteria:
-felony conviction for violent crime within the past 10 years;
-felony drug conviction within the past 10 years;
-conviction for crime against a minor including but not limited to corruption, endangerment, unlawful contact, or assault;
-designation or registration as a sex offender through "Megan's Law," or PA Act 10;
-conviction involving fraud, dishonesty or false statements;
-conviction for harassment, stalking, or making false reports;
-conviction for making terroristic threats; or
- conviction for unlawful/unlicensed possession of a firearm within the past 10 years.
